Our town planner is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with over 15 years experience in both local government and the private sector.

We have carried out both development management and policy work, and have experience in submitting a variety of applications, including planning, listed building and lawful development certificates and we have extensive experience of presenting applications to committees. 

We advise on the development potential of sites through planning appraisals, and promotion through the development plan process.
