Merriman Property is increasingly active in land promotion and is continually looking for new opportunities to secure land suitable for residential development. Together with our funding partners we will invest in both large and small parcels of land. We will seek to achieve a planning consent at our own cost and is remunerated when the site is sold to a house builder, often on the open market. We have built a number of small, high quality housing developments and are keen to continue to build on suitable sites.
