At Merriman Property we offer advice and planning consultancy on residential property development, including house types, coverage and affordable housing mix. We act as consultants on small and large projects and provide feasibility studies and financial appraisals. We run viability studies in order to evaluate affordable housing requirements and advise on asset management, including strategic acquisition disposal and strategy. 

Central to our consultancy service is our expertise in providing in depth advice on promotion, collaboration, option and funding agreements. We can take this a step further and negotiate draft site agreements.

Merriman Property have been employed to advise investors, PLC house builders, investment funds, government bodies and private individuals. We can also help with sourcing investment funds (including crowd funding) and advise on dealing with government and regulatory bodies.
