• All land opportunities with or without planning consent, including back garden land, paddocks and other small parcels of land (conditional and unconditional purchase).
• Industrial sites with potential for residential use (with or without income).
• Agricultural barns for change of use to residential.
• Commercial investment opportunities.
• Distressed asset sales for our high net worth and institutional investors where transaction speed is required.
• Renewable energy opportunities, primarily in the photo voltaic sector as well as Gas to Grid Energy and Stand By Operating Reserve (STOR).
